Wade Custom Carpentry LLC ("Wade Custom Carpentry," "we," "us") is a remodeling contractor serving Central Ohio. It applies to this website, our phone and text message communications, and the estimates and projects we handle for you.

HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION

TEXT MESSAGING (SMS)

If you give us your mobile number and agree to receive texts, or you text or call our business number first to request service, we may text you about your project. These messages cover appointment scheduling and reminders, estimate and proposal follow-ups, project schedule updates, and replies to your questions. Some messages are sent with the help of an automated assistant.

- Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving texts. Reply HELP for help.

- Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of buying any service from us.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.

We do not send text messages to purchased or rented contact lists.

HOW WE SHARE INFORMATION

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only in these situations:

- With service providers that help us run the business, such as our phone and text messaging provider, email provider, scheduling and project management software, and payment and invoicing tools. They may use your information only to provide services to us.

- With subcontractors and suppliers when needed to complete your project, such as sharing a job site address for a delivery.

- When required by law, or to protect our rights, our customers, or the public.

These exceptions do not include sharing text messaging opt-in data or consent for anyone's marketing purposes.

HOW LONG WE KEEP INFORMATION

We keep project, contract, and payment records for as long as needed for warranty service, business records, and legal and tax requirements. We keep inquiry records for a reasonable period so we can follow up on your request.

SECURITY

We use reasonable measures to protect your information. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. Please do not send sensitive information such as Social Security numbers or bank or card numbers by text, email, or the website contact form.

YOUR CHOICES

- Text messages: reply STOP to opt out at any time.

- Email: ask us to stop non-essential emails at any time.

- Your records: contact us to ask what information we hold about you, to correct it, or to request that we delete it. We will honor requests where the law and our record-keeping obligations allow.

CHILDREN

Our services are for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
